The Brief

We'll ask the right questions to understand exactly what you need in a website. The brief helps us understand your business goals so we can make sure your website is built for purpose.

The Sitemap

Our next step is building a sitemap because this will help us visualize and structure your site's information.

The Prototype

Before we get into the nitty gritty of copywriting and design, we'll build a no-frills prototype in the browser to show you how the solution will work.

The Design

Now that we have a good foundation for what you want to achieve, we can dress it up and make it engaging to your customers with just the right words and visuals.

The Delivery

Almost there! We need to make sure all is perfected, tested, proof-read, and hooked up the right way. Then we launch your dynamic new website for the world to see and use.

Ready To Start? We have a few requirements.

If you are ready, fill out the following Website Inquiry form.

Our Requirements

You Have Goals

It's important to know where you want to end up when you set out on a journey. And we will both want to know when you have arrived.

To work with us, you need to have goals or be willing to define and stick to them. We don't want to waste your time and money. We are goal oriented here. We want to work on projects where we can point to a tangible success.

You Have A Budget

If you want to reach your goals, attract and drive conversions on your site, there are no cutting corners — you will need to invest some cash. A website is an investment.

But, if you are a solid business and use your website as a marketing tool in ways we outline for you, you will get a positive return.

You Have An Audience

You should be building an audience through whatever venue makes sense for you and your business — blogging, podcasting, interviews, white papers, presentations, local networking.

If you don't already have an audience, we can help you build one. But it will still require work on your part.

You Have Time

When we said it would be easy, we did not say you would have to do nothing.

Even if you want copy written for you and research into your competitors done for you, no one knows your business like you. We will need input and approval or revisions from you at several stages. This takes an allocation of time and commitment on your part.

Website Inquiry Form

It is important for you to understand what you need from your website before we begin. Would you like an in-depth consulting session to help you answer these questions well? Contact us to set up an appointment for that.

You can also download the questions as a Word doc to complete them off line, if that is more convenient for you.

Step 1 of 5

  • Purpose

This is your opportunity to tell us why you need a website and what the website should achieve. The more information you give us here, the better the solution we will be able to provide. Simply ignore any questions that are truly not relevant.
  • Type of Project

If this is a website redesign or revision project, simply answer questions that are appropriate. We still need to know your intentions and reasons for wanting this. If you simply need website care and ongoing edits, please see the Care Plans page.
